1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, operated independently of every government office. We do not hold official criminal records, submit filings, retrieve certified documents, or perform official background checks for visitors.

The material directs readers to the offices and systems that hold Oldham County records, including the Oldham County Sheriff's Office, the county and district courts, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. It may also connect visitors with outside research tools.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Neither this website nor its advertising partners provides a service designed to screen job applicants, evaluate rental applications, set insurance rates, or assess creditworthiness. You agree that data from the site or a linked tool will not be used to:
